1st, my heart and prayers go out to all of the wounded and fallen soldiers, their families and friends from FT Hood. My son is in FT Hood (thank goodness he's okay), but I am so totally upset about this. My heart is breaking for the soldiers and their families.

2nd, I saw you on CNN and just wanted to say thank you. I agree with everything you said and I did give them a "feedback" letting them know.

3rd, none of the media has even mentioned the 2 missing soldiers in Afghanistan! It upsets me that our media could care less about them, they are just as important! And what about the, alleged, 2 drowned soldiers that, Al-Quida or the Taliban, SUPPOSEDLY, found? The media could be investigating these 2 things! These soldiers and their families would surely appreciate knowing that the media are making sure that they are getting reliable and quick info!

Unless people walk in our shoes, they just can't understand. Military life is so hard all the way around the soldier and family. We sure would appreciate the stress level being lowered by being able to count on the understanding of others.

Thanks again, Tammy, for speaking out! Oh, by the way, i love your site!

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around this. It's so sad. My heart goes out to the family and friends that lost their loved ones today.
