My name is Tonya (TJ) Hancock and I am an Army Wife! TNARNG (Tennessee Army National Guard). My husband is a Captain deployed to Afghanistan for the year. I decided to keep me busy (busier) and to keep my mind off things, to run a marathon a once (for the previous 5 years I have done one a year). This month's marathon was in Chicago, and I met a friend of yours (and two friends of hers) at the start line. She told me the name of you blog and said that in addition to your entertaining commentary, that you could put me in touch with her! We all exchanged names just before the race began (after chatting for 45 minutes), but we knew that would be difficult to remember over the course of 26 miles. But your blog stuck in my head!
