I wrote about this last year but I wanted to address it again , as I know we have new readers all the time.
I don’t know if you know but overseas they accept expired manufacturer coupons. I decided to help with this great program to help military families save some money while living overseas.
If you have expired coupons (up to 3 months past the expiration date) then bundle them up and send them in! Overseas Commissary stores (for non-military its a grocery store) can accept the expired coupons, passing along the savings to those military families living abroad.
One side note here – While its true that families living overseas get compensated for that, many times it’s not enough to make ends meet and every little bit helps.
