Will you post the URL for Hunter's website? My son's home school co-op would like to do something for a specific soldier who is recovering from her or his service to our country. We were upset that the email forward about sending Christmas cards to soldiers at Walter Reed was on snopes.com, and now I am looking for an individual person to honor. Meanwhile, Hunter is our home school hero of the day and we will add him to our daily prayers. I agree about the video games-- can someone get him a Wii system? yes today was a BAD day for Hunter. He received some not so good news yesterday so he’s been in a bad mood since.

I have quite a few updates to mention tomorrow including a BIG visit for Hunter this weekend. I’ll be posting an update tomorrow in detail but I’m happy to announce that Hunter will have his own website up and running in just a few days! : )

I drove down to the VA hospital from Half Moon Bay this afternoon. As requested, I asked the nurse if Hunter was accepting visitors. I was told that today was kind of a bad day for him and he was refusing more visitors. But, the good news was that others have been coming! I was also given the phone number to call before driving down next time. I look forward to going back. I want to thank a young soldier for his service and let him know, just as I always reminded my son when he served in Iraq, that more people than he will ever know pray for him daily.

Please let me know what my family can do to help or encourage this outstanding young man. Please convey that we will storm heaven in prayer for him. I am a cancer survivor and I will ask God to use the suffering I experienced to somehow bless him. I don’t know exactly what this soldier may need at this point in time, but I will say a rosary to the blessed mary for her immaculate heart.
It may not be much in material things, but will go along way in his spiritual life.
